  • Announcement from the Chair of the ISP Board of Trustees concerning the Director's departure

  • Piloted first ever NEASC/CIS( Council of Internaitonal Schools) synchronised accreditation process

  • 20% student enrolment growth during my tenure

  • Led a comprehensive and inclusive process of developing a completely new school mission

  • Created teacher Learning Inquire Focus Groups (LIFTS) and Professional Growth Model (PGM)

  • Led a unique strategic planning approach using design-thinking and rapid prototyping

  • Established Advancement Office: fundraising, marketing, communications, admissions. 

  • Initiated school's first capital campaign with €3.25 million pledged

  • Established standards and competency based curriculum and assessment framework

  • Developed school wide tech integration program, including one-to-one laptop and iPad program

  • Completed extensive €10 million enhancement/expansion project completed in 72 days

  • Restructured $20 million construction loan into a cost saving revolving credit instrument

  • Negotiated with US embassy and a variety of Czech ministries to establish ISP as a new legal entity

  • Developed new mission-aligned campus master plan, phase one completed summer of 2017

AISB is a full IB World School (IB Primary Years Program (PYP), IB Middle Years Program (MYP), IB Diploma Program (DP)), with over 850 students from over 60 nationalities.

  • 50% student enrolment growth during my tenure

  • Led transition from three campuses to one school community on a new purpose built 25 acre campus

  • Led process to create a new mission and strategic planning process involving all sectors of community

  • Implemented campus enhancement and expansion projects

  • Restructured school’s 20 million dollar construction loan

  • Increased fundraising to support school projects and community outreach and service programs

  • Created teacher intern program, ARISE (Alliance of Romanian & International School Educators)
