For over 30 years, I have dedicated myself to serving as an educator and leader within the international school community. Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to contribute as a thought leader, writer, consultant, advisor, coach and speaker as well as sharing valuable insights on education through my blog since 2010 (arniebieber.com).
During my journey, I had the honor of serving as the Director of the International School of Prague for a record 13 years. Under my leadership, the school experienced tremendous growth and achieved recognition as a premier progressive international school. I have also held leadership positions at the American International School of Bucharest and have taught and led in schools across the United States, Europe, and South America.
Additionally, I had the opportunity to contribute as the Chair of the ECIS Board of Trustees (European Council of International Schools and Educational Alliance for International Education) and the Chair of the CEESA Board of Directors (Central and Eastern European Schools Association).
Currently, I serve as Senior Leadership Search Executive at International Schools Services (ISS), where I leverage my experience to identify and recruit exceptional educational leaders.
With deep appreciation for the opportunities I have had, I bring a unique understanding and perspective, and a steadfast commitment to excellence to my work within the international school community.
